IT Operations Leader

Brendan brings over 10 years of expertise to his role as IT Operations Leader. In this role, Brendan leads the IT Operations function and performs a key leadership role in Abtran IT. He liaises extensively with Abtran’s diverse business units to ensure that IT Operations are constantly evolving support services and standards.

He leads a large team of highly skilled IT professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that Abtran remains at the cutting edge and can adapt to any technology challenge.

Brendan is responsible on a day to day basis for Helpdesk, IT Compliance & Security, IT Infrastructure, Telephony, Application Support, Helpdesk and Facilities.

Key Experience

Brendan has extensive experience developing and improving IT support models, Incident Management and bespoke technology solutions in Abtran. He develops key relationships within the business and with key partners to ensure that Abtran is always driving its IT portfolio forward.
