Through a continuous programme of training & development, Christine empowers staff with the knowledge and the skills to deliver a better service experience to the customer.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Christine provides practical consulting services to Abtran clients across a number of streams including onboarding of staff, training & development, quality improvement and managing change.

Key Experience

Christine has over ten years’ experience working across a number of Utilities organisations, both nationally and internationally. Since joining Abtran, she has successfully led the design and delivery of training programmes across some of Abtran’s largest clients in the Utilities sector.
