Lynda currently holds the role of Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for ensuring the relevant internal and external SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved in a profitable manner as well as seeking out new ways to continuously drive improvements.

Lynda is committed to leading her team to always deliver excellent service to customers in areas of Customer Service, Sales and Administration.

Key Experience

Lynda has 13 years BPO experience across multiple industries and functions from Credit Management to Sales. Lynda’s experience includes 2 years as Operations Manager in the set-up and growth phase of a near-shore delivery centre. Prior to this Lynda worked in Insurance and Commercial Banking.
