Abtran to share People ideas and Service insights through Customer Champions Panel
Sharing and transferring know-how is core to our behaviour and service values at Abtran. This month, we will launch the ‘The Customer Champions Panel’, an initiative to promote the sharing of service and ideas throughout Abtran.
The panel will be made up of customer focused employees who have come together from across the company to share ideas, exchange insights and to represent the voice of the customer.
The panel will be a platform to promote and exchange our first-hand customer experience across sectors, to learn and improve and to deliver better outcomes for our clients and a great service experience to our customers.
Through the panel, we will be routinely sharing and transferring Advisor ideas around service improvements and insights and tapping into some of the great ideas that were generated through the Abtran Service Awards.
