Our attainment of ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and ISO 27001 for Information Security is assurance that we offer quality driven, fully secure services in an environmentally conscious business environment.

First in personal Security 

We were the first BPM in Ireland to be certified against the BS 10012:2017 for Personal Information Management and compliance to PCI DSS for secure payment processing. These standards align with the requirements of GDPR, giving employees, clients and potential clients independent assurance of Abtran’s continued commitment to securely managing personal data.

Social Responsibilty

Abtran is very proud to have supported The Late Late Toy Show Appeal this year. All charities’ fundraising efforts have been profoundly impacted by Covid and so we were delighted to provide support to the vulnerable children in our society by playing our part this Christmas in supporting a range of children’s charities.

Abtran Charity Club

Our charity club members are volunteers who dedicate their spare time to managing a calendar of initiatives throughout the year generating awareness for specific causes and fundraising for local and national charities.

SUAS Educational Development Programme

Through this programme, our team members provide mentoring and promote literacy across schools in our local communities.

Tidy Towns

We collaborate with Tidy Towns groups in our communities which supports enhancement of local areas.
