With over ten years’ experience at Abtran, Brendan is Operations Manager for one of Abtran’s largest and most highly regulated Utilities Accounts. Brendan’s role is all about ensuring his teams deliver a great sales and service experience to the client’s customer across the front to back office process. This goes to ensuring SLAs and performance targets are achieved or exceeded through an enduring focus on the customer and the delivery of service excellence. Brendan leads this by instilling a culture of continuous learning and improvement across his teams which in turn drives the ongoing performance, agility and success of the Operation.
