Service Delivery ManagerGary works closely with the client to ensure that objectives are aligned and maintains an effective client working relationship. He is responsible for driving performance, productivity and quality in inbound and outbound efficiencies in the operations ensuing targets are met or exceeded, putting the customer at the center of all decisions.
Key Experience
With over six years’ experience in Service Delivery Management, Gary has gained the skills and ability to lead and support the management and development of Team Leaders and a continuous improvement culture. Gary, with Science and Engineering degrees already under his belt, is currently completing a green belt in Lean.
