Business Process Manager

Katie brings over 15 years experience to her role as Business Process Manager at Abtran.

From data capture and BI reporting to customer journey and business process mapping, Katie’s team work to continuously identify and implement service improvements from a People, Process and Technology perspective.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Katie provides practical consulting to Abtran clients, who are often working across highly regulated markets. Through her extensive experience and hands-on, practitioner approach, Katie helps clients to understand how to improve and streamline their business and customer processes to drive better performance, better outcomes and a better customer service experience.

Overall Experience

Katie has over 15 years experience working as a Business Process and Technical Business Analyst. As well as managing the Business Analysis team at Abtran, Katie has previously worked across a number of leading Financial Services organisations both in Ireland and internationally.
