Maureen provides clients with customer insights into the perception, performance and positioning of their brand and services online.
Leveraging state-of-the art online listening software, tools and techniques, Maureen designs and delivers bespoke reporting, helping clients to make timely decisions, manage risk, identify service improvements and market opportunities through what customers are saying publicly online.
Outside of her day-to-day role as Digital Insights Analyst, Maureen advises clients on the design and set-up of online listening reports though to the training and upskilling of staff. She also provides practical consulting and advice on the selection, set up and implementation of appropriate software and online listening technologies.
Prior to her existing role, Maureen worked as Business Unit Coach, Social Media Executive and Customer Services Advisor on behalf of one of Abtran’s largest Transport sector clients.
Maureen has a B.A. (Hons) Archaeology and Greek & Roman Civilisation from University College Cork together with a FETAC Certification in IT Technical Sales and Customer Care.
