Paula’s role is about continuously improving the way we peform and deliver service at Abtran. From Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Voice of the Customer and Customer Journey Mapping, Paula continuously strivies to improve Abtran’s Business Processes to achieve excellence in the design and delivery of service.
Prior to her current role, Paula was an experienced Business Improvement and Quality Leader having gained experience across a number of Abtran’s leading Utilities operations together with her work as a member of Abtran’s Project Management team. Her key responsibilities include driving quality and reporting on key metrics, identifying trends, challenges, actions and presenting solutions to the client and senior management.
In addition, Paula was point of contact for knowledge transfer and led the quality stream for the setup of domestic and non-domestic billing for one of Abtran’s largest Utilities clients.
Paula has a Diploma in Business Studies from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and Certificate in Training and Continuing Education – Level 7.
