From agent to Applications Support Analyst

I started as a Customer Service Agent with Electric Ireland Operation in January 2020. The team leaders and operation managers provided total support and training to work in different parts of the business. Initially I used to handle EI support calls and after that I was assigned to the Email Admin team.

I am a post graduate in Information Systems and my goal was to get into the IT team of Abtran. I got an opportunity to apply for an End User Coordinator role and started working with the IT Service desk team from December 2020.

At Abtran it is evident that if you are dedicated and skilled enough, your experience and hard work will be acknowledged and properly directed for yours as well as the company’s growth. My team supported me and suggested I apply for the IT Application Support Analyst role and I got the position and started working in the team in July 2021.

I am still developing my skills with my current team and aim to grow higher and provide my value to this organisation.
